JEB' PLACE
Jeb's Place was designed after an old mill store located in upstate New York. The many roof lines and loading dock configurations caught my eye when looking for an interesting building to model. This structure will fit in any locale and would be appropiate for either a steam or desiel era.

OSCAR FLAT'S
Oscar Flat's used parts and junk store was one of my rare finds while roaming the country side one weekend. Everyone in this rural town hangs out there to hear some great stories that Oscar tells as he tries to bring the life back to some old discarded piece of junk that he has acquired in his travels. You can buy almost anything mechanical in his old store, from washing machines to old plumbing parts and old tires.
Oscar Flat's could be situated anywhere on the layout. It could also be located where a track siding is not nearby and use the dock for loading and unloading trucks. This structure is also available in kit form on my other web site at ( www.cedarhilldesigns.com ).
