GRADY'S

This building idea originated from a combination of three other structures that I designed and built on a HO layout a few years ago. The name "Grady's" reminded me of an old friend that always was repairing and/or building something. This guy worked out of an old building such as this one, but he always made his customers feel right at home when they came in the door.

I have left room on the front of both buildings to install any signage that you decide to use to define a certain business. The back door can be backed up to a track siding or used as a streetside unloading dock.

C & S  SUPPLY  CO.

Every town needs a supply house to keep up with the building boom which started up in the 40's and 50's.  This building has been around along time, but the new owners hope to keep up with the town's building needs as they arise.

This building features alot of old structure sections.  Each section is separate from the rest of the structure and can be placed wherever you desire to fit a particular location.  You can set it up in the same foot print as I have or change it to meet your needs, such as between two tracks.  I can build it to your specifications.

Everything you see in the photos will come with the build-up, including the wagon push cart.

The foot print for this building is 12 x 12 inches.
